Christian Falk (1965)
Christian began his career in production. He has been trained as a technical engineer. He quickly took charge of production management and then during a 15 year period he led serveral projects: line design for new workcells with subcontractors and the development of supply chain integration. Christian gained experience with several profit centers in different areas, such as maintenance, wood, packaging and assembly of consumer goods. In all these projects, Christian has been applying lean tools in order to respond to highly demanding customers (Just in Time!).
In 2000 he turned to management consulting. One of his specialties is to coach organizations to run ERP and MIS systems –while still making use of the Toyota Way logic-. His working languages are French and German.
